Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director – Program & Project Management to lead Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity, and Infrastructure Resilience initiatives.

The ideal candidate will manage ServiceNow-based asset identification, Recovery Time Objective (RTO), Recovery Point Objective (RPO), tiering models, Disaster Recovery testing, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise asset identification and classification using ServiceNow.
• Lead the identification and classification of Most Valuable Infrastructure (MVI).
• Define and maintain RTO/RPO and Tiering Models.
• Conduct bi-weekly governance meetings with:
  • IT Owners
  • Technical Domain Leads
  • Business Stakeholders
  • Global Teams across Europe, America, and Asia
• Present resilience posture and infrastructure risk reports to senior leadership.
• Manage Disaster Recovery (DR) testing activities.
• Drive end-to-end Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) lifecycle.
• Coordinate DR exercises across:
  • Cloud Infrastructure
  • Networks
  • Storage & Compute
  • Databases
  • Security Platforms
  • Backup Systems
• Prepare and maintain:
  • DRTS (Disaster Recovery Test Sheets)
  • DRTR (Disaster Recovery Test Reports)
